The new Hollingdean News website is up and running. If you are already registered with H News to receive news emails, your subscription should continue on the new website – you do not need to do anything.  However, if you find you are not receiving news from the site just follow the instructions below.

If you don’t currently subscribe and would like to register, simple go to the new website and enter your email address in the Subscribe box on the front (Home) page.  You will then receive an email each time a news article is published.  You can unsubscribe at any time and your email address is used for this service only, and will never be used for any other purpose.

Note for account holders only – if you currently view new posts via a account Reader, you will need to set up an email subscription to receive news articles. The .com Reader service will not pick up new H News posts because the new website is no longer hosted on servers.

hollingdean-newsHollingdean News is in the process of moving over to a new website. It has additional features such as a directory of businesses and organisations in the area, a list of venues and a better news set up.

All new articles and information will be posted on the new website from now.  Once the back issues archive and a few other bits have been moved over, this site will close.

Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, we’ve not been able to compile & print a January /February issue of Hollingdean News in time for distribution before Christmas.

So, our next printed issue of the newsletter will cover February & March 2013 with a copy deadline of FRIDAY 25TH JANUARY 2013.  Our usual bi-monthly pattern should resume in 2013, and we will then set our copy deadlines for the whole year and let you know those dates, to help you plan copy and advertising ahead of time.

We are starting to put together the next issue of Hollingdean News. This is the delayed issue that should have been published last month. The copy deadline for inclusion in the issue is 5pm Friday 24 August

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already submitted copy for the postponed Aug/Sept issue and it is still valid (dates of events, etc) there is no need to resend it. Adverts booked for the last issue will be included in the Sept/Oct issue.
